1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To start a return, please contact us at support@bbornbrave.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@bbornbrave.com with your order details.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
