1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@bbornbrave.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@bbornbrave.com with your order details.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
